Any ticket issued is subject to the following conditions of sale and may be revoked by the issuer, proprietor of the venue and/or organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions. Novotel New Plymouth Hobson may change or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time.
Novotel New Plymouth Hobson sells tickets to events held and/or as an agent on behalf of other event promoters holding events either at the premises of Novotel New Plymouth Hobson or other locations.
When you purchase your tickets online, they will be sent to the physical address provided or via email. A receipt/tax invoice will be included with your tickets.
All ticket prices are shown in NZ Dollars and include GST where applicable. Novotel New Plymouth Hobson accepts all major credit cards.
Postponements, cancellations & refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of New Zealand. Whilst every effort will be made to run all advertised events, Novotel New Plymouth Hobson reserves the right to cancel an event due to low numbers or other circumstances which would make the event unviable. If Novotel New Plymouth Hobson cancels any event, attendees will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, attendees will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Novotel New Plymouth Hobson will endeavour to notify attendees as soon as practicable of cancellations and postponements and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by attendees as a result of the cancellations and/or postponements.
Under no circumstances will Novotel New Plymouth Hobson be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation fires, flood, storms, explosion, earthquakes, other acts of God or war or in the case of webinars, technical failures.
Changes in program
Novotel New Plymouth Hobson reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers without notice.
Refusal of admission or ejection for objectionable behaviour
The venue reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the venue including dress standards, intoxication or, any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate.
Card data security policy
Novotel New Plymouth Hobson uses secure third-party gateways to process credit card information and does not store or process credit cards itself.
Payments are processed by Payment Express. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on Payment Express’s system. No credit card information is stored by Novotel New Plymouth Hobson and Novotel New Plymouth Hobson is PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to tickets being issued.
Credit card problems
Novotel New Plymouth Hobson’s ticketing system involves an immediate exchange of information between us and your bank via DPS. Occasionally, your bank may not authorise a transaction, based on your account status or your card not being enabled for online purchases. In these instances, it is your bank denying your card and not Novotel New Plymouth Hobson so please contact your bank for a resolution.
Novotel New Plymouth Hobson does not disclose your personal information to third parties except for mailing or delivering your tickets which you give us express permission to complete your order.
